Muốn viết email chuẩn, trước hết câu phải có xương sống rõ: ai làm gì, tác động lên cái gì.

Mục tiêu

• Nhận ra subject, verb, object/complement
• Tránh câu thiếu động từ
• Viết câu công việc ngắn nhưng rõ

Công thức lõi

Subject + Verb + Object/Complement

Ví dụ:

The API returns an error.
The deployment failed.
I updated the document.
The requirement is unclear.

Nếu thiếu verb, câu sẽ sai:

The issue in production.      ❌
The issue occurred in production. ✅

Subject phải rõ

Trong email kỹ thuật, đừng viết quá mơ hồ:

It has problem. ❌
The payment service has a timeout issue. ✅

It chỉ ổn khi người đọc đã biết it là gì.

Verb quyết định ý nghĩa

Một verb tốt làm câu rõ hơn:

We found the root cause.
We fixed the validation logic.
We deployed the hotfix.
